Natick/Locker

Introducing a new, contactless way to pick up your holds!

How does it work? 

Step 1: Put items on hold using your Minuteman account and select “Natick/Locker” as your hold pickup location.

Step 2: Wait for an email, text, or phone call that your items are ready to be picked up at the lockers.

Step 3: Come to the lockers on the Clarendon street side of the building at any time, day or night. Scan your library card (or type it in using the keypad) and follow all instructions on the screen.

Please note

  • Puzzles, games, programs kits, hotspots, and Library of Things are not available for Locker pickup.
  • There is a maximum of ten (10) items allowed in any one locker due to space limitations. Also, please know that some items will not fit into a locker at all. If this happens, a library staff member will contact you with alternate pickup instructions.
  • Have more than ten items to pick up? Not to worry, you can pick up any items not selected for Locker pickup on our regular holds shelves. We have multiple self-checkout stations available for those who prefer minimal contact at checkout.
  • The Lockers are new, and are really popular! Because of this, we ask that you please retrieve your items from the Locker as soon as possible after receiving notification of availability. This will allow more patrons to use the Locker services.
