Gather 2 large styrafoam balls, 2 glow sticks, green/black felt and red paint. Cut felt into two circles to create eye shape and attach to styrafoam with a glue gun. You can add red paint details to eyeball and insert a glow stick. Just place in bushes for a cool halloween effect!
