What is Home Delivery?
Home delivery is a service offered by the Morse Institute Library for Natick residents who are temporarily or permanently unable to visit the library. The service is open to all ages.
How can I sign up for home delivery services?
Please contact the Morse Institute Library’s Outreach Services at 508-647-9596 or email natoutreach@minlib.net to sign up. You do not need a library card in order to sign up for services. A library staff member can assist you with obtaining a library card.
How do I get items delivered to my home?
You can place items on hold through the library’s online catalog, or you can contact a library staff member at 508-647-6520 and they will be happy to help you reserve materials. When your items are ready, a library staff member will contact you to set up a delivery date.
Will you deliver to apartment complexes and assisted living facilities?
Yes, we are happy to deliver to any Natick location that’s safely accessible for our delivery staff.
How do I return items to the library?
If you have items to return, those can be picked up during a drop-off, or a separate pick-up time can be arranged. Please place any returns in the library bag that was provided to you during your drop off, and leave the bag outside your front door.
If you’ve misplaced the library bag, don’t worry! Please place the materials in a secure weather-proof bag or container for a delivery pickup.
What if I move, or if something changes with my delivery needs?
Please call Outreach Services at 508-647-9596 or email at natoutreach@minlib.net to discuss possible alternative pickup arrangements with a library staff member.
Please note: the Morse Institute Library reserves the right to refuse delivery services at any time.
