The pandemic is causing difficulty for everyone, in a variety of ways. We’ve compiled a list of organizations that are offering help.

Those who cannot use the website can pre-register by dialing 211 or 877-211-6277 between 8:30AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Those who pre-register in this way will be notified of available appointments by phone. This phone line is staffed with operators and translators for more than 100 languages.

Natick has created a non-medical Hotline for Natick residents. If you need assistance with groceries, medication refills and other essential items, please call 508-647-6540, Option 6, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm. We are here to help.

Residents are urged to use 21-1 for information, resources and referrals regarding COVID-19. Operators are staffing this hotline 24/7.

Grab and Go meals will be available for NPS students in need from 8-11AM at Natick High School on the Rear Bus Loop.

Natick Service Council Food Pantry

Call the Natick Service Council at 508-655-1791 to speak with a case manager and begin the process of receiving services.

Pearl Street Cupboard and Cafe

46 Park Street, Framingham
This food pantry and cafe in Framingham will serve Natick residents. The food pantry is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am - 1pm, and on Wednesdays from 5-7. Please bring a photo ID. (If available you can also bring proof of address.)
The cafe is open for takeout hot meals Monday - Friday from 5-6PM.
