Purposeful Play at the Morse Institute Library

Focus and Self Control

Focus and Self Control involve many executive functions like paying attention, remembering rules, and inhibiting one's initial response to achieve a larger goal.

Watch These!

Watching and understanding any of these programs require focus and self- control. These self-regulatory skills are at the core of all learning. These program videos require the use of these skills, and, in the case of “Interrupting Chicken”, show what happens without these skills.
